What you will do

• Partner with the executive team to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Own product marketing, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and launch narratives.
• Manage external PR agencies and act as a primary company spokesperson.
• Define and oversee brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to create channel and partner marketing strategies and training collateral.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the insurance or insurtech sectors.
• Experience in commercial P&C insurance or MGA/MGU environments is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience with channel enablement, including toolkits, content, and academies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for industry events and partner engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
