What you will do

• Build a scalable demand engine using a modern, multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing strategy.
• Lead US market growth by shaping and executing the US expansion plan.
• Own the events strategy, planning and delivering high-impact industry conferences and partner events.
• Amplify content and social voice to build a standout digital content presence.
• Drive product marketing excellence by defining clear positioning for consulting and AEC markets.
• Develop partner and channel marketing, activating referral and channel partners, especially in the US.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven success building demand engines and supporting US market growth.
• Strong product marketing and sales enablement experience.
• Commercial, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.
• AI-native approach with hands-on use of modern AI tools.
• Ability to operate as a player manager and scale a team.
