What you will do

  • Lead strategy, execution, and tracking for paid digital channels (Paid Social, Search, and Affiliates) in line with budget and growth goals.
  • Monitor performance weekly and monthly, proactively adjusting to optimize target KPIs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Growth Product to streamline managed channel execution.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external client partners.
  • Run deep-dive analyses on channel performance and implement actionable findings quickly.
  • Design and conduct rigorous tests, present results, and recommend new processes and tactics; stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • US-based for a remote role.
  • 8+ years in direct response marketing, including 5+ years managing performance marketing where user acquisition is the primary growth driver.
  • Proven success in-house at a high-growth direct response B2C startup; Fintech or Insurtech experience preferred.
  • Deep expertise across digital channels, specifically Meta/Instagram, Search, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Display.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to use business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive insights.
  • Experience working with AdTech and Data teams to prioritize platform requirements and measurement needs.
