What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel and pipeline number, reporting directly to the CRO.
  • Lead the BDR team, overseeing outbound strategy, coaching, and lead handoff quality.
  • Manage external agencies with clear briefs, SLAs, and performance accountability.
  • Build and execute demand programs across paid, content, SEO, and events.
  • Integrate AI into departmental workflows, including content production, account research, and intent scoring.
  • Oversee product marketing and positioning against competitors and internal build-vs-buy alternatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with proven demand generation ownership.
  • Demonstrable track record of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, CAC, and program-level ROI.
  • Hands-on AI fluency with experience rebuilding marketing motions using LLMs and automation.
  • Strong agency management experience and ability to operate solo before scaling.
  • Direct communication style with a focus on data-backed reporting and problem-solving.
  • Experience selling technical products through complex enterprise sales cycles.
