Senior Talent Consultant (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Argentina; fully remote, with onsite attendance twice per month required for candidates based in Buenos Aires

What you will do

• Develop strategic talent attraction plans aligned with client workforce needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, senior leadership, and HR teams across job profiling, sourcing, assessment, and selection.
• Build candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand roles while promoting employer brands and inclusive hiring practices.
• Conduct market research and use sourcing metrics and data analytics to improve recruitment strategies.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert, coach sourcing teams, support onboarding, and serve as a first-line escalation point.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting the US market.
• Experience sourcing or recruiting talent within the Marketing industry is mandatory.
• Specialized sourcing experience across at least two industries.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, automation tools, and specialized sourcing methods.
• High school diploma required; a degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
