Salary: $162,000 - $189,000

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Raleigh, NC.
• Extensive experience in a Principal, Staff, or senior technical leadership role.
• Deep background in distributed systems, SaaS, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven experience operating systems at scale including HA/DR and chaos engineering.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
