What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth and maintainable code standards.
• Own the health and quality of systems, including participation in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Write architecture briefs, proposals, and conduct code experiments to drive technical innovation.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product goals and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7-9+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles such as tech lead or team lead.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design in cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, or Java.
