Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead analytical workstreams addressing commercial and strategic challenges for emerging biotech and specialty pharmaceutical companies.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Manage project execution, including timelines, data analysis, and team coordination.
• Develop client deliverables and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
• Contribute to proposals and client engagement activities.

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or life sciences-related roles.
• Experience with SQL, R or Python, Tableau, and Excel-based modeling.
• Strong problem structuring, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing small teams, with demonstrated interest in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
