Salary: $130,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry changes and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
• Lead data analysis for payer analytics, including authorization metrics and denial rates.
• Train and coach member/patient-facing teams on experience best practices.
• Manage engagement plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships as the primary point of contact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experience management (Patient, Member, or Brand) within health plans or provider organizations.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven track record in driving performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analytic skills including Excel, Access, SQL, and SAS.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office for document preparation and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Medicare Stars and NCQA government programs.
• Experience in market research and insights or experience design.
• Clinical degree or background in health policy and administration.
