Salary: $130,000–$175,000

What you will do
- Consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry changes and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
- Lead data analysis for payer analytics, including authorization metrics and denial rates.
- Train and coach member/patient-facing teams on experience best practices.
- Manage engagement plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships as the primary point of contact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in experience management (Patient, Member, or Brand) within health plans or provider organizations.
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Proven track record in driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong data analytic skills including Excel, Access, SQL, and SAS.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office for document preparation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Medicare Stars and NCQA government programs.
- Experience in market research and insights or experience design.
- Clinical degree or background in health policy and administration.
