Staff Consultant, Analytics Consulting (AI)

Location: United States; remote work from anywhere in the country. Hybrid hubs are available in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.

Annual base pay: $151,000–$185,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City; $132,000–$165,000 for all other US locations.

What you will do

• Manage analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects.
• Conduct statistical analyses, investigate data questions, and construct mathematical models.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage project risks, and support client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify process improvements, new business opportunities, and innovations in healthcare analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to work from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR.
• Advanced skills in predictive modeling, machine learning, or data visualization.
