Sr Divisional Strategy Consultant - Governance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; associated with Chicago, Illinois

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support the development of divisional strategies.
• Identify tools to assess and track strategic opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end reports and synthesize business information.
• Coordinate with internal business, technical, and analytical teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Support governance structures for evaluating strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or a master’s/professional degree and 4 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in healthcare or consulting.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business analytics, information synthesis, complex corporate projects, and matrixed environments.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience presenting, facilitating groups, and working with staff and management across multiple departments and organizational levels.
• PC proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with strong Excel skills.
