What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles, including software, ML, and AI engineering.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to analyze market data and define hiring strategies.
  • Guide hiring teams on structured interview plans, assessment criteria, and bias mitigation.
  • Proactively source and build pipelines for in-demand technical talent.
  • Leverage AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Negotiate complex offer packages including equity and variable compensation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and management roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence hiring managers and close candidates.
  • Proficiency in using talent data analytics to drive evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and modern AI-driven recruiting tools.
