What you will do

• Guide veterinary professionals through the relief-to-hire process from initial interest to final offer.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a personalized and supportive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers and Enterprise to match candidates with hospital needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and placement records within HubSpot.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing for completed placements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account coordination, recruiting, or client-facing operations.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of active candidates or accounts without losing track of details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative to address them.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
