Salary: $29.00 - $32.00 USD hourly plus up to 5% bonus.

What you will do

• Perform major corrective repairs, including complete gearbox replacements on wind turbines.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and retrofits according to company procedures.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues on wind turbine systems.
• Utilize specialized tooling and equipment to execute site activities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Complete administrative duties, including data entry and reporting, in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in wind turbine technology preferred.
• 2-5 years of field service experience in wind turbine operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time domestically and internationally as required.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs.
• Fluent English communication skills to follow safety protocols and collaborate with teams.

• Rigger/signal person certification.
