What you will do

• Manage short-term (1-4 week) proposal development projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate writing, editing, and review processes using web-based sales and project management tools.
• Submit proposals and supporting documentation via online portals according to guidelines.
• Lead project initiation, planning, and status meetings with internal and external partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external freelancers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Up to 2 years of experience in proposal, project, or process management.
• Must be located in Newark, New Jersey.
• Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
• Experience in publishing, internet technologies, healthcare, or medical education.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Box, or SPO.
• Experience with continuing medical education (CME) materials.
