What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of specialized medical communications projects including scientific training decks and advisory board materials.
• Act as the primary hands-on project manager, proactively driving daily operations and anticipating team needs.
• Oversee project burn, budgets, and financial forecasting in partnership with account leadership.
• Develop and manage project timelines, risk registers, and change logs tailored to rigorous medical review cycles.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Account Services and Medical/Scientific teams to ensure accuracy.
• Manage billing, SOW development, and ensure adherence to PMO standards within enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage data-heavy deliverables and understand rigorous review processes like MLR.
• Strong financial acumen regarding project forecasting, reforecasting, and burn analysis.
• Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agency settings.
