What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of specialized medical communications projects including scientific training decks and advisory board materials.
- Act as the primary hands-on project manager, proactively driving daily operations and anticipating team needs.
- Oversee project burn, budgets, and financial forecasting in partnership with account leadership.
- Develop and manage project timelines, risk registers, and change logs tailored to rigorous medical review cycles.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Account Services and Medical/Scientific teams to ensure accuracy.
- Manage billing, SOW development, and ensure adherence to PMO standards within enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Three to five years of experience in a PMO role within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage data-heavy deliverables and understand rigorous review processes like MLR.
- Strong financial acumen regarding project forecasting, reforecasting, and burn analysis.
- Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
