Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Project Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
  • Directly manage complex client implementations for health plan administration solutions, overseeing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Perform proactive risk management by identifying barriers early and coordinating cross-functional resolutions.
  • Resolve client and broker escalations with urgency and ensure seamless handoffs to account management and operations.
  • Support business growth by participating in pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and operational solutioning for prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of project management or client implementation experience with direct client or broker-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, or a TPA environment (strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
