Location: Must be based in the US, with a preference for Miami, Los Angeles, New York, or Chicago.

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts to build tailored reactivation strategies.
  • Prospect and develop new relationships with high-potential jewelry retailers across the US.
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to sustained revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to present product launches, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deepen relationships.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, meeting key accounts face-to-face.
  • Help shape the enterprise sales playbook and provide structured feedback to product teams based on buyer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the jewelry, luxury, or marketplace sectors.
  • Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and growing mid-market accounts.
  • Must be based in the US and comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Strong data-driven approach to account management and CRM usage.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building credibility with senior stakeholders and business owners.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US as sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Background at a high-growth marketplace or platform business.
  • Familiarity with wholesale buying patterns, inventory-led businesses, or supply chain dynamics.
  • Experience building or contributing to a sales function from scratch.
