What you will do
- Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts to build tailored reactivation strategies.
- Prospect and develop new relationships with high-potential jewelry retailers across the US.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to sustained revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to present product launches, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deepen relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, meeting key accounts face-to-face.
- Help shape the enterprise sales playbook and provide structured feedback to product teams based on buyer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the jewelry, luxury, or marketplace sectors.
- Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and growing mid-market accounts.
- Must be based in the US and comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Strong data-driven approach to account management and CRM usage.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building credibility with senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as sponsorship is not available.

- Familiarity with wholesale buying patterns, inventory-led businesses, or supply chain dynamics.
