Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of account and opportunity management from discovery to closing.
  • Source and close strategic wins while expanding existing accounts within the Owner segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor at major industry forums and conferences.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches and AI tools to optimize pipeline management and outreach.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups to influence Director and VP-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must have US work authorization
  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, engineering, or technology services to owner-occupiers or real estate managers.
  • Strong grasp of insight-led sales methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in Customer Success or Operations.
  • Experience with Altify or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
