What you will do

• Identify, engage, and close net-new municipal clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute targeted account plans in partnership with sales leadership and marketing.
• Lead consultative sales cycles to diagnose client challenges and position software solutions.
• Manage opportunities and forecasting accurately within Salesforce.
• Engage prospects through a multi-threaded approach including email, phone, video, and social media.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the governmental or software sector.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong experience in prospecting, territory planning, and cold-calling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work within the New York/Pennsylvania region.
