What you will do
- Drive adoption of Carrier TMS among regional and national car-hauling fleets with 5 to 50+ trucks
- Position the platform as the operational backbone to help carriers find higher-paying loads and eliminate paperwork
- Conduct fast-paced, practical product demonstrations of Carrier Desktop TMS and Mobile Driver App
- Navigate objections regarding software adoption and driver resistance to technology
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in trucking SaaS, fleet management tech, or telematics
- Direct experience selling to carriers, trucking fleets, or transport business owners
- High empathy for small-to-midsize business owners and a track record of closing high-volume deals
- Must be a U.S. citizen and perform all work from within the United States
