What you will do

• Manage high-value strategic client relationships to ensure high retention and business growth.
• Achieve new business growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Lead the end-to-end renewal process and deliver results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
• Conduct on-site needs and business impact analyses of the current product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to integrate client insights into development.
• Manage pricing negotiations for renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government and/or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting sales, renewal, and retention goals.
• Experience in a client success capacity with a SaaS product.
• Ability to lead in-person meetings and demos with C-Suite level executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
