TL;DR

Account Executive (Logistics): Driving expansion into the shipper ecosystem by selling a comprehensive Shipper TMS and Super Loadboard network with an accent on automotive transport brokers and dealership groups. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, conducting consultative discovery, and delivering high-impact product demonstrations to reduce transport friction.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipelining to closing mid-market and enterprise shipper accounts.
  • Conduct deep-dive consultative discovery to map shipper bottlenecks and manual inefficiencies to platform solutions.
  • Deliver high-impact web demonstrations of the Shipper TMS, highlighting carrier vetting and automated dispatching.
  • Position the product against legacy loadboards and manual processes to prove ROI through faster vehicle turnaround.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding for complex multi-location brokerages and dealer groups.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B software/SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Direct experience selling into the automotive supply chain, logistics, or freight technology sectors.
  • Deep familiarity with Auto Transport Brokers, Dealership workflows (CRM/DMS), or Auto Auction mechanics.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving General Managers, Logistics Directors, and CFOs.
  • Mastery of CRM pipeline hygiene using Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and perform all work from within the United States.
