What you will do

• Lead the development of short and long-term strategic marketing plans, including product launches and evidence strategy.
• Translate complex technical features of AI-supported software into compelling value propositions for clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to drive global commercial performance, account segmentation, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D and digital technology teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer needs.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of product managers to achieve ambitious business objectives.
• Monitor competitive landscapes and digital trends to maintain a competitive edge in the medical device market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing or market development, including at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Deep expertise in the AI technology landscape and commercial deployment of innovative medical devices.
• Proven experience in rolling out software and capital equipment business models.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health.
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology, coronary procedures, and healthcare economics.
