Location: Must be based in South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week on campus).
Salary: $155,200 – $288,200.

What you will do
- Lead engagement and training for the marketing organization on omnichannel activation strategies and best practices.
- Guide marketers through tactical planning and campaign execution, including customer journey orchestration.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance owned channel capabilities based on organizational feedback.
- Translate business requirements into technical enhancements for dynamic content, targeting, and message sequencing.
- Report on progress, successes, and challenges of digital transformation to executive leadership.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for owned channels and automated communication synchronization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years of commercial experience (marketing, sales, or customer insights).
- Experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or martech roles focused on marketing automation or journey orchestration.
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing technology rollouts, training, and adoption.
- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments and customer types.
- Must be able to work on-site in South San Francisco, CA 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency with programmatic media buying platforms such as Google DV 360 or TheTradeDesk.
