Vice President, Criminal Justice Partnerships (Healthcare): Leading the development and expansion of strategic referral partnerships across the criminal justice system with an accent on increasing access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery services. Focus on building executive-level relationships with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, and probation agencies to drive patient admissions and census growth.
Location: Remote (USA). Requires extensive travel (50-75%) throughout BHG markets in the United States.
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute the criminal justice partnership strategy across existing and new markets.
- Establish executive-level relationships with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, and probation/parole agencies.
- Negotiate referral agreements, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and collaborative initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to increase treatment access and census growth.
- Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Leadership to successfully launch and sustain new partnerships.
- Represent BHG at state and national criminal justice conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in criminal justice partnerships, healthcare business development, or correctional healthcare.
- Demonstrated success developing executive relationships within the criminal justice system.
- Experience working with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, Probation, Parole, or Public Defender offices.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) throughout the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, or community behavioral health.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and opioid use disorder treatment.
- Existing relationships with state or regional criminal justice leaders.
