TL;DR

Vice President, Criminal Justice Partnerships (Healthcare): Leading the development and expansion of strategic referral partnerships across the criminal justice system with an accent on increasing access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery services. Focus on building executive-level relationships with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, and probation agencies to drive patient admissions and census growth.

Location: Remote (USA). Requires extensive travel (50-75%) throughout BHG markets in the United States.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the criminal justice partnership strategy across existing and new markets.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, and probation/parole agencies.
  • Negotiate referral agreements, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and collaborative initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to increase treatment access and census growth.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Leadership to successfully launch and sustain new partnerships.
  • Represent BHG at state and national criminal justice conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in criminal justice partnerships, healthcare business development, or correctional healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success developing executive relationships within the criminal justice system.
  • Experience working with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, Probation, Parole, or Public Defender offices.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) throughout the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, or community behavioral health.
  • Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and opioid use disorder treatment.
  • Existing relationships with state or regional criminal justice leaders.
