Salary: $175,080 to $343,920

• Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to state, local government, and K-12/higher education clients.
• Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development.
• Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective SLED accounts, with a strong understanding of California government budget cycles and fiscal year planning.
• Navigate public sector procurement processes.
• Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a government agency, public school district, or university system.
• Knowledge of digital equity initiatives, smart city programs, or government modernization efforts.
• Existing relationships within state agencies, municipalities, or educational institutions in the State of California.
