What you will do
- Define and execute the Senior Living segment strategy for both diversified and pure-play operators.
- Own the P&L for the business unit, including revenue, gross margin, and operating expense accountability.
- Lead all customer-facing functions including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Act as the primary executive sponsor for key customers and represent the company at industry forums.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure market needs are met.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
- 5+ years in a senior executive role with direct P&L ownership.
- Deep knowledge of the Senior Living market, operator economics, and regulatory environments.
- Proven track record of scaling customer-facing organizations (Sales, CS, Services).
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, prospects, and team members.
