What you will do

  • Define and execute the Senior Living segment strategy for both diversified and pure-play operators.
  • Own the P&L for the business unit, including revenue, gross margin, and operating expense accountability.
  • Lead all customer-facing functions including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for key customers and represent the company at industry forums.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure market needs are met.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
  • 5+ years in a senior executive role with direct P&L ownership.
  • Deep knowledge of the Senior Living market, operator economics, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer-facing organizations (Sales, CS, Services).
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, prospects, and team members.
