Salary: $180,000–$205,000

What you will do
- Design and scale a diversified lead generation engine targeting enterprise brands.
- Build and own the Private Equity growth strategy, fostering relationships with operating partners and portfolio leadership.
- Oversee strategic alliances within the Amazon ecosystem to drive co-sell and joint solution opportunities.
- Lead and develop teams responsible for partner sourcing, inside sales, and referral ecosystem management.
- Establish centralized pipeline infrastructure to track and optimize partner-driven deal flow.
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to improve signal identification and conversion across all channels.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership.
- Proven track record in inside sales leadership and building pipeline through non-traditional channels.
- Experience working with or within Private Equity firms and portfolio company ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of strategic partnerships, specifically within the Amazon or retail media landscape.
- Strong operator mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured, repeatable growth programs.
- Must be based in the USA to support the remote work arrangement.
