What you will do

  • Design and scale a diversified lead generation engine targeting enterprise brands.
  • Build and own the Private Equity growth strategy, fostering relationships with operating partners and portfolio leadership.
  • Oversee strategic alliances within the Amazon ecosystem to drive co-sell and joint solution opportunities.
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for partner sourcing, inside sales, and referral ecosystem management.
  • Establish centralized pipeline infrastructure to track and optimize partner-driven deal flow.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to improve signal identification and conversion across all channels.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership.
  • Proven track record in inside sales leadership and building pipeline through non-traditional channels.
  • Experience working with or within Private Equity firms and portfolio company ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of strategic partnerships, specifically within the Amazon or retail media landscape.
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured, repeatable growth programs.
  • Must be based in the USA to support the remote work arrangement.
