FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$95,200–CA$128,800 for Tier 2 locations and CA$104,700–CA$141,700 for Toronto and Vancouver, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to support strategic decisions through actionable financial insights.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Administer and evolve Pigment through data model design, system integrations, forecast models, and process improvements.
• Track business performance metrics and KPIs with Finance colleagues to improve accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Simplify and automate FP&A processes and identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operating efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling experience, including driver-based models.
• Experience owning a financial planning tool and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to present narrative summaries to leadership and the Board.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada.

Nice to have

• Direct experience administering Pigment.
• Experience with usage-based or consumption metrics and modeling.
• Experience with data systems, Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Comfort presenting directly to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
