Corporate FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $150,000–$184,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own company-wide expense budgeting and forecasting, coordinating departmental inputs into an accurate company plan.
• Lead monthly management reporting, including budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis, business drivers, risks, opportunities, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Maintain and evolve the three-statement Long Range Plan and forecast the balance sheet, cash flow, burn, and runway.
• Drive automation and streamlining of expense forecasting, planning tools, integrations, visualizations, and financial infrastructure.
• Serve as Planful Super Admin, managing configuration, access, workflows, templates, troubleshooting, and financial data hierarchies.
• Manage and develop the FP&A Business Partner team while establishing standards for modeling, planning cadence, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in corporate FP&A, business partnering, and a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 1–2 years of experience managing a team.
• Experience evolving a three-statement Long Range Plan and owning balance-sheet, short-term cash-flow, burn, and runway forecasts.
• Hands-on administration experience with Planful or a similar FP&A platform, including financial data hierarchies across accounts, departments, cost centers, and entities.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, CAC, CLTV, gross margin, and retention.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex analysis into concise, actionable insights with minimal oversight.
