FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $135.2K–$182.9K for U.S. Tier 1, $123.9K–$167.7K for U.S. Tier 2, or $112.6K–$152.4K for U.S. Tier 3, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to support strategic decisions through actionable financial insights.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Administer and evolve Pigment, including data model design, system integrations, forecast models, and process improvements.
• Track business performance metrics and KPIs with Finance partners to strengthen accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Simplify, streamline, and automate FP&A processes to support rapid and global scaling.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase revenue, and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and maintaining driver-based financial models.
• Experience owning a financial planning tool and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to present financial narratives to leadership and the Board.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Ability to prioritize objectives, maintain accuracy, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience administering Pigment.
• Experience with usage-based or consumption metrics and modeling.
• Experience with data systems, Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Comfort presenting directly to VP-level or C-suite stakeholders.
