Senior Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $125,000–$170,000 USD per year, based on level of experience.

What you will do

• Support corporate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, as well as annual planning.
• Collaborate with business leaders, accounting, and sales operations to improve monthly financial processes.
• Support month-end close, summarize forecast variances, and communicate results to executive stakeholders.
• Track business performance and KPI trends against operating plans and prepare budget-to-actual and board reporting.
• Maintain financial planning tools, validate data, and improve forecast models and financial processes.
• Contribute to special projects, ad-hoc analyses, and scalable system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, P&L management, or related experience, preferably in software and technology.
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and analytical techniques.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems, strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
• Deep expertise in SaaS and ASC 606 revenue recognition rules.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not currently supported.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Pigment, business intelligence tools, or SQL.
