What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to onboarding for various technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical needs and workforce planning.
• Source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other platforms.
• Conduct technical screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS and Eightfold CRM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical/IT recruiting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and Eightfold CRM.
• Proven ability to identify passive candidates via Boolean searches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
