• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter in a similar role or industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
