What you will do

• Lead and coach a pod of 2–3 recruiters, setting clear expectations and maintaining quality standards.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting delivery process for all active consulting needs.
• Drive intake quality by owning the intake process and ensuring thorough briefs.
• Manage pipeline health across all active reqs, monitoring conversion rates and identifying bottlenecks.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and coordinate capacity with the Sourcing Lead.
• Track and report reactive hiring metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-offer, and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
• Proven track record of filling software engineering roles at a senior or specialist level.
• Must be a resident of Europe.
• Experience in consulting, staffing, or high-volume tech environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and structured intake processes.

• Comfort with recruiting data, specifically tracking pipeline conversion and offer metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing teams and coordinating shared resources.
