Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA) — Must be based in or be able to work onsite 3x/week from San Mateo, CA

Salary: $172,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Prepare and execute quarterly earnings calls, including scripts, press releases, and investor materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and research firms.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor day events, and track institutional ownership changes.
• Update consensus models, track sell-side estimates, and monitor peer group performance and valuation benchmarks.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Accounting to align messaging and ensure Reg FD and disclosure compliance.
• Contribute to ESG reporting and governance disclosures.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS and profitability metrics such as ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, and Operating Margin.
• Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to meet onsite requirements in San Mateo, CA.

• Prior exposure to a publicly traded software or SaaS company.
• Experience managing sell-side analyst and institutional relationships directly.
• Experience coordinating investor day or analyst day events.
• Comfort interacting with senior executives.
