What you will do

• Communicate operating company’s financial performance, plan, and targets to various organizational levels.
• Investigate and analyze monthly variances to forecast, plan, prior period, and prior year.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts to develop monthly forecasts and budgets.
• Apply hirify.global Business System for continuous improvements and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to advance business performance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required per ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling or data analytics skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Government accounting and GAAP knowledge preferred; prior Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Manufacturing background and understanding of factory operations.
