Capital Markets Associate (Private Equity Real Estate)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote with travel required).

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 base + OTE $100,000 - $130,000.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to raise direct LP capital from HNWIs, UHNWIs, and family offices.
• Source and engage prospective investors through outbound calls, emails, and networking events.
• Prepare pitch materials, investor decks, and manage data room content.
• Track pipeline activity and investor feedback within the CRM.
• Communicate the firm's investment thesis and track record to sophisticated investors.
• Support the full capital raising lifecycle from initial outreach to due diligence and closing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, sales, or private equity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong investment acumen with an understanding of capital structuring and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of comfort in outbound sales.
• Demonstrated grit, hustle, and resilience in pursuing ambitious fundraising goals.
