Order Management & Billing (Ads): Building and scaling the operational backbone for Ads monetization and Order-to-Cash processes with an accent on billing integrity and operational controls. Focus on designing scalable workflows, automating billing anomalies, and ensuring SOX compliance during rapid growth.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days per week in office). Relocation assistance offered.

Salary: $158K – $175K + Equity

What you will do

• Own operational readiness for Ads monetization launches, including testing, billing validation, and reconciliation.
• Design and scale operational processes for Ads billing, credits, coupons, and invoice generation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to operationalize new monetization capabilities.
• Build automated, AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and detect billing anomalies.
• Establish operational controls, approval frameworks, and audit trails for SOX compliance.
• Scale execution through BPO and global operations teams by developing SOPs and governance models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Ads, Monetization, Billing, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting digital advertising platforms or usage-based billing environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or Stripe.
• Deep understanding of operational controls, month-end close, and SOX compliance.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
