Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, including processing usage-based and subscription invoices.
• Manage the collections process by tracking aging balances, conducting outreach, and reducing DSO.
• Perform cash application and daily/monthly reconciliations between billing, AR, and the general ledger.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
• Identify and implement scalable improvements to streamline billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, RevOps, and Delivery teams to resolve complex billing matters.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Background in Finance or Accounting with strong numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ERP/billing platforms.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support a 4-day in-office weekly schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

• Experience with SaaS consumption-based billing.
