What you will do

• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing and manage the full order-to-cash transaction lifecycle.
• Own AR aging processes, focusing on preventing and clearing past-due accounts.
• Perform daily cash application and bank reconciliations.
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies by collaborating with internal sales teams and external customers.
• Maintain customer portals and assist with periodic customer reviews.
• Analyze billing trends and customer feedback to drive process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash transaction lifecycle.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Stripe.
• Familiarity with customer portals like Ariba or Coupa.
• Understanding of VAT and Sales Tax (Anrok).
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows or redesign processes.
