What you will do

• Translate closed-won Salesforce deals into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms like Stripe.
• Manage the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including mid-cycle changes, renewals, and offboarding.
• Reconcile executed order forms with provisioning requests and collaborate with Sales and Legal to resolve gaps.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, misapplied discounts, and missing credits raised by customers or Customer Success.
• Conduct periodic audits of active subscriptions to verify billing matches contracted terms and remediate anomalies.
• Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails for faster, more accurate provisioning.

Requirements

• Obsessive attention to accuracy and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience managing billing complexity at scale across hundreds of accounts.
