What you will do

• Own the global GTM and enablement strategy for specific product areas for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales.
• Build and ship enablement at scale using AI, including technical deep dives, competitive talk tracks, and demo environments.
• Architect scalable demo environments and POC repositories to foster a 'builder-first' SA culture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate upcoming features into field-ready assets before GA.
• Establish a systematic product feedback loop to channel field friction and objections back to Product teams.
• Design competitive narratives and "why Databricks" stories for customer executive briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on expertise in data and AI platforms, distributed systems, or cloud data infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build 0-to-1 enablement programs from scratch for global teams.
• Experience working as a peer with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Proficiency with Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and AI/ML serving patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth infrastructure companies during major product launches.
• Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
• Direct hands-on experience with Databricks or competitive platforms.
• Experience building AI applications (e.g., RAG patterns, agent architectures).
