What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Garner Portal and employer-facing benefit experience.
• Drive the development of high-scale invoicing and eligibility systems ensuring precision and resiliency.
• Build internal revenue and eligibility data products to support cross-functional analytics.
• Partner with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to launch 0-to-1 employer-facing products.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on technical or financial products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to identify edge cases from first principles.
• Technical background with experience managing data or financial systems at scale.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Deep AI fluency for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholder management.
