What you will do

• Own, manage, and prioritize the team backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy and technical roadmaps.
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define sprint goals and support the team in delivering incremental value during each iteration.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and system demos.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, and development teams to shape and deliver product capabilities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while promoting continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, preferably within a SAFe environment.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a team backlog.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• English proficiency (B2 level) required for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile organization.
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Familiarity with product roadmap planning and feature decomposition.
• Experience in software product delivery or enterprise application development.
