Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog reflecting strategy, customer, partner, and operational needs
• Present product updates, roadmaps, narratives, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
• Align internal scrum teams around product vision and strategic goals
• Lead and mentor product managers and owners to support their success and growth

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Proven ability to manage a backlog across stakeholders with competing priorities
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers and product owners
• Strong understanding of agile and Scrum, working closely with engineering and scrum teams
• English: excellent written and verbal communication for executive and external presentations
• Must live and work remotely in the Eastern or Central time zone of the USA (no New York state); must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Be willing to travel for customer or company meetings and complete in-person identity proofing

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or digital health platforms
• Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (VA, DoD, CMS)
• Experience building products within compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP
• Recent experience delivering AI capabilities and features
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
