TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Healthcare/Digital Health): Own and maintain a single prioritized product backlog and drive product updates, roadmaps, narratives, and demos for internal and external stakeholders with an accent on aligning agile scrum teams and managing competing priorities across customers, partners, and operations. Focus on mentoring product managers and owners while ensuring delivery in a healthcare context, including compliance and identity proofing requirements.

What you will do
- Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog reflecting strategy, customer, partner, and operational needs
- Present product updates, roadmaps, narratives, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Align internal scrum teams around product vision and strategic goals
- Lead and mentor product managers and owners to support their success and growth
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in a senior or lead role
- Proven ability to manage a backlog across stakeholders with competing priorities
- Experience leading and mentoring product managers and product owners
- Strong understanding of agile and Scrum, working closely with engineering and scrum teams
- English: excellent written and verbal communication for executive and external presentations
- Must live and work remotely in the Eastern or Central time zone of the USA (no New York state); must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Be willing to travel for customer or company meetings and complete in-person identity proofing
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or digital health platforms
- Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (VA, DoD, CMS)
- Experience building products within compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP
- Recent experience delivering AI capabilities and features
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
