Senior Product Manager (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in the United States. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for team meetings and projects.

Salary: $174,000 - $203,000 (Base Salary)

What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap for innovation products, aligning market demand with company goals.
• Engage with clinicians and engineering stakeholders to shape product vision and establish the voice of the customer.
• Write clear business and functional requirements ensuring clinical relevance and regulatory alignment.
• Prioritize features while balancing performance, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Collaborate with program management, regulatory, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and field implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product and portfolio management with experience in Medtech, SaMD, or AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and advanced imaging techniques, particularly in cardiology and radiology.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development, launch, and iteration in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts, agile methodologies, and regulatory environments (FDA, HIPAA).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Expertise in cardiovascular diagnostics, imaging workstations, and system integration (PACS, EHR, HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with CT imaging for diagnostics within complex healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of global healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and payer dynamics.
• MS or PhD in a related technical field.
