What you will do

• Lead product roadmap for innovation products, aligning with market demand, customer needs, and company goals.
• Engage stakeholders like clinicians and AI scientists to shape product vision and establish voice of the customer.
• Write business and functional requirements supporting development, ensuring clinical relevance and regulatory alignment.
• Prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and collaborate with AI, regulatory, and engineering teams from design to launch.
• Develop go-to-market strategy, track product metrics, and partner with marketing/sales on implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product/portfolio management with hands-on Medtech, SaMD, or AI-driven healthcare product launches.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related (MS/PhD plus).
• Proven track record leading roadmap, end-to-end development, launch, and iteration in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, advanced imaging in cardiology/radiology.
• Strong research/analytical skills, familiarity with deep learning, agile/Scrum, FDA/HIPAA/global regulations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in ML/AI, imaging, clinical, etc.
• Cardiovascular field knowledge, medical imaging modalities (CT, MRI, etc.).
