Salary: $80,700 - $109,400

What you will do

• Design work operations meeting safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.
• Perform motion analysis and maintain accurate time studies and part routings.
• Create and maintain workstation layouts using AutoCAD.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and eliminate waste to evaluate and fix bottleneck areas.
• Develop line balance plans and support change management through production trials.
• Coach and train production floor team members in lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Background in manufacturing and Continuous Improvement implementation.
• Experience documenting Standardized Work procedures and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in computer-aided drafting tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Line Designer).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of human factors engineering and ergonomic analysis.
• Experience with project and time management.
• Experience working within a Union Environment or Bargaining Unit.
